A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun State, Prince Omotola Adebajo, has congratulated Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun on his re-election for another term of four years.
Adebanjo, who is the Visioner of the Tola Adebajo Campaign Group, described Abiodun’s re-election as a victory for the entire people of the State.
Adebajo in a statement personally signed, described Abiodun as a dogged and courageous leader committed to providing good leadership in the state.
He, however, urged the governor to set up cabinet members who are technocrats and individuals of highest standards of service and character, expected to make your job easy and help solidify your first term success stories.

“On behalf of the Leadership and Members of Tola Adebajo Campaign Group, a structure within the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun State, we congratulate you on your reelection, in the just concluded governorship elections held on Saturday, March 18, 2023 under the platform of our dear party, to govern the Gateway State for another four years.
“Your victory is a victory for all, irrespective of political affiliation as it shows that the hand of the Almighty God is truly on our dear state. May your renowned brilliance and re-emergence further deepens and consolidates the tenets of good governance you had delivered as you round up your first tenure.
“The group supported your campaign structure in Ijebu-Igbo, independently. We did door-to-door and made available campaign materials, distributed amongst the locals as a way of propagating the dividends of democracy you delivered in our town, and by extension, the local government.
“Be assured, Your Excellency of our full support as you embark on this new journey towards elevating your statemen to a higher level and we believe you will continue to put the interest of our State first in all your actions.
“Your campaign slogan of “Igbega Ipinle Ogun” is one which encapsulates the whole yearning of the masses and we expect that you will hit the ground running, again, as you face this daunting task. The task and expectations ahead are enormous but the fact that you have goodwill from across board, based on your achievements, policies and programmes during the outgoing tenure, should make the task a bit easy for you and we hope that you will use this goodwill to make the good people of Ogun State proud of you.
