EntertainmentMarriage Over? Actress Foluke Daramola allegedly dumps politician husband for new Abuja lover

Date:

Fresh reports circulating online have claimed that Nollywood actress Foluke Daramola Salako’s second marriage to politician Kayode Salako has allegedly crashed, sparking widespread reactions among fans and social media users.

According to a report published by City People Online, the actress’s 15-year marriage to her husband reportedly ended some time ago, with both parties allegedly choosing to keep their marital issues away from public attention.

The report further claimed that Foluke Daramola has since moved on and is allegedly in a new relationship with an unnamed man said to be based in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory. However, no details were provided about the identity of the alleged new suitor.

It was also alleged that political differences played a role in the breakdown of the marriage, with claims that the actress is considering taking up a political position in the near future, a move that reportedly created tension between the couple.

Additional claims suggested that Kayode Salako has travelled abroad to reconnect with his first family, as photos linked to the estranged couple surfaced online, further fuelling speculation about the status of their marriage.

As of the time of filing this report, neither Foluke Daramola nor her husband has publicly reacted to or confirmed the allegations surrounding their alleged separation.

The reports come months after Salako confirmed welcoming a child with another woman, a development he said the actress was aware of and approved of. He had also claimed that Foluke Daramola supported the situation and helped care for the child, a revelation that previously stirred public debate and renewed attention on their marriage.
