Singapore state investor Temasek has acquired a 9% minority stake in the management company of Italian private-equity group FSI.
The companies announced the agreement on Monday.
FSI manages about €5 billion and focuses on investments in Italian mid-sized businesses.
The deal expands Temasek’s presence in Italy and strengthens its relationship with FSI.
